Over de cursus
During this short introductory course you will learn the basics of mindfulness techniques by practicing in the session and home-practice in between. You can expect a variety of exercises, like sitting and walking meditations, gentle stretches, guided awareness and concentration exercises.
About the teacher
Juliska van Rossum is a certified Mindfulness Trainer. Fascinated by meditation and attending retreats since an early age, she believes mindfulness is very accessible and applicable in modern, busy life.
