Acting I

Unfortunately, Acting I is sold out. If you are interested in taking another acting course, you can register for Stage Production or Movement Theatre.

You become acquainted with the most important techniques of acting. Emotions, voice, attitude, teamwork, conflict and scene structure are discussed. Improvisation is the most important tool we use. Keywords are to let go and have fun!

About the teacher

Ronald Wolthuis graduated as a theater maker at the HKU in Utrecht. He directs theater, opera and movement theater. As a director, he has made theater productions with young people, students, amateurs and professionals. Together with Jasper van der Heijden he owns and directs theatre group Dender.

The courses take place on the sixth floor of the OZW building at the VU Campus (de Boelelaan 1109).
