Acting II

Build on your acting experience with this intermediate course, where you’ll refine essential skills such as emotional expression, voice work, posture, teamwork, conflict, and scene structure. Improvisation is central to the process, helping you take creative risks and grow as a performer. Some prior acting experience is recommended, as the focus is on deepening your craft while having fun!

About the teacher

Ronald Wolthuis graduated as a theater maker at the HKU in Utrecht. He directs theater, opera and movement theater. As a director, he has made theater productions with young people, students, amateurs and professionals. Together with Jasper van der Heijden he owns and directs theatre group Dender.

The courses take place on the sixth floor of the OZW building at the VU Campus (de Boelelaan 1109).
