Over de cursus
In this course you will deepen your mindfulness skills by practicing in the session and home-practice in between. You can expect a variety of exercises, like sitting and walking meditations, gentle stretches, guided awareness and concentration exercises. The intermediate course is open for experienced attendees.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Juliska van Rossum is a certified Mindfulness Trainer. Fascinated by meditation and attending retreats since an early age, she believes mindfulness is very accessible and applicable in modern, busy life.
