Life is full of challenges. These challenges lie within ourselves. How can I be happy? How can I be free from my negative emotions like anger, sadness and jealousy? And how I can live a stress-free and healthy life? How to transform them? In this course you learn to transform these negative emotions into positive ones. Meditation helps to live a stress-free life. The aim is to feel peaceful and meaningful.
We combine various meditation techniques. Each class starts with an explanation of the technique, then one hour of meditation. After meditation there is time for sharing experiences and asking questions about meditation.
About the teacher
Bharat Bhushan Dhingra was born in India. He has a postgraduate and teacher degree in Commerce. He started meditating when he was 16 years old. Many years he lived in meditation centres in India. Since 2006 he has been living in The Netherlands. He has his own meditation centre, where he gives lessons and teacher training.
