In this intermediate course you will deepen the fundamentals needed to practice meditation. You will get advice for integrating meditation into your everyday life and how to establish a daily meditation habit throughout the rest of week. This intermediate course is for the more experienced student.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Bharat Bhushan Dhingra was born in India. He has a postgraduate and teacher degree in Commerce. He started meditating when he was 16 years old. Many years he lived in meditation centres in India. Since 2006 he has been living in The Netherlands. He has his own meditation centre, where he gives lessons and teacher training.
