Over de cursus
Instead of constantly focusing on goals that are far into the future, or being entangled in past experiences, you learn to be present with an open mind. You will learn how to seek peace and clarity within yourself and look at thoughts and emotions without losing yourself in it.
This is an in-depth course. It is recommended that you already have experience with a mindfulness course or have followed the basic course. You will continue with the methods and techniques of mindfulness as instructed in the basic course.
