In this course you learn to clearly state what you want and especially what you do not want. You learn to stand up for your opinion, without hurting others. We work from your own experience, so that you can put what you have learned into practice immediately.
about the teacher
Wilma Driessen has been a Personal and Functional Skills trainer since 1986. Her focus is on making students stronger and more resilient by practicing practical situations from the participants’ daily lives. There is a lot of room for personal attention; she works in the “here and the now” on the learning goals of the participants.
