About the course

In this intermediate course you will deepen the fundamentals needed to practice meditation. You will get advice for integrating meditation into your everyday life and how to establish a daily meditation habit throughout the rest of week. This intermediate course is for the more experienced student.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Bharat Bhushan Dhingra was born in In India. When he was 16, he started meditating. Since 2006 he lives in the Netherlands where he has his own meditation center.
