About the course
In contrast to other forms of yoga, nidra yoga does not involve active postures. With guided meditation you come into a deep state of relaxation between sleep and vigilance. During the course you go through different stages, so that the stress hormone decreases and you’re able to empty your head. Yoga Nidra is beneficial for sleeping problems or restlessness and stress in your head and body. An hour of Yoga Nidra can be compared to approximately four hours of sleep.
about the teacher
Claudia Holvast started practicing yoga years ago. She traveled to India to deepen her knowledge and did her first Satyananda Yoga teacher training there. In addition to the various teacher training courses, Claudia developed further as an emotion coach and learned different yoga styles: Hatha, Satyananda, Vinyasa, Yin Yang and Yoga Nidra.
