Dirty, murky, muddy water.

It's in their ears, mouth, and curls. And wouldn't you know it, they happen to suffer from severe germaphobia. For him, the water is up to his neck: just as he's building something for himself, everything is falling apart in his family.

How many family weekends must you attend in a year to be a good daughter? Why does Lander always fall in love with very intense women? Can he somehow blame his father for that? Should you even want to reproduce yourself? And is Myrthe genetically predisposed or did she become such an obsessive compulsive through her own actions?

As ex-lovers, Lander and Myrthe effortlessly tear down each other's family facade. As you've come to expect from them, Grof Geschud leaves nothing of themselves or each other intact in Kroost. So be sure to come see them before there's nothing left of them.

The Flemish-Dutch cabaret duo Grof Geschud was nominated for the Neerlands Hoop award as the youngest ever with their debut 'Lijmen'. Back then they were a couple. Then they split up and made the award-winning show 'Broeden' about it. Now Lander Severins, the romantic Belgian, and Myrthe van Velden, the Dutch level-headedness itself, come with 'Kroost': poetic cabaret full of humor, music, and emotion.
