Safety
Staff instructions must be followed at all times. In case of a fire, accidents, aggression or other calamities, always warn the reception desk downstairs in the foyer, (020 59) 85100. Never use the lift in case of a fire.
Alcohol
We do not serve alcohol to people under the age of 18.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in Griffioen.
Refreshments
Our catering facilities are closed at the moment. Consumptions are not allowed into the theatre unless otherwise indicated in advance.
Ticket control
Admission tickets and discount cards will be checked at the entrance..
Mobile phones off
The use of mobile phones in the theatre during performances and films is prohibited.
On time
You may be denied access to the theatre after the start of the performance. Sold tickets will not be taken back.
Cloakroom
Griffioen cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of property. The cloakroom is not supervised; use it at your own risk.
Found objects
You can hand in lost property at the reception.
Behaviour
We do not tolerate sexual harassment, racism or discrimination. Threats, abuse and other forms of aggression are prohibited and will lead to immediate removal and denial of access.
Drugs and weapons
Using, selling or carrying any form of drugs is not allowed. The carrying of knives and other weapons is also strictly prohibited.
Damage and Theft
Theft or deliberate damage to property of Griffioen will always be reported to the police.
Photo and film
Taking photographs or making image or sound recordings is not permitted in the theatre or course halls, unless permission has been granted beforehand.
If you violate the House Rules, you may be asked by Griffioen staff to leave the building. Anyone behaving in an troublesome or offensive manner will receive a warning. Repeated offences will result in removal and two months' denial of access. The police will always be informed of any criminal offences.
